Addavail cOSLETT

Addavail has over a decade of experience working in the non-profit and philanthropy sector. She has served in senior roles at Dalio Philanthropies and the Chapman Perelman Foundation, and conducted research at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy at UPenn. Addavail began her career working in the micro finance sector in India, where she lived for over three years. Addavail holds an MSc. in Development Economics from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Political Science, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
